These Terms of Use are issued by the owner and operator of the Clipibar platform: Alomnis sp. z o.o., Wojska Polskiego 9, 39-300 Mielec, Poland, NIP: 8172226390, REGON: 544959282. In these Terms, "Clipibar", "we", "us", and "our" refer to this entity.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Clipibar website or downloading and using the Clipibar app, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or app.

2. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Clipibar on devices you own or control, subject to these terms and applicable app store or platform rules.

3. Permitted Use

You may record or select your own videos, add scrolling information bars, add an optional logo, preview the result, export the processed video, save it to your gallery, and share the output for personal or commercial purposes if you have the necessary rights to the source material.

4. Prohibited Use

You may not use Clipibar to process content you do not own or have permission to use, violate laws or third-party rights, create unlawful, deceptive, harmful, or infringing content, remove required notices, reverse engineer the application except where permitted by law, or distribute, resell, sublicense, or host the application itself.

5. Intellectual Property

Clipibar's app design, code, name, logo, presets, and included brand assets are owned by their respective owners. Your source videos, logos, text, and exported videos remain yours, subject to any rights held by third parties in the materials you provide.

6. User Content and Responsibility

You are responsible for the videos, logos, text, and other materials you use in Clipibar and for the exported videos you save or share. You are responsible for obtaining all permissions, releases, and licenses needed for any people, brands, music, artwork, footage, or other third-party material included in your content.

7. Offline Processing and Exports

Clipibar processes videos locally on your device. Export time, quality, gallery saving, and sharing may depend on your device, operating system version, available storage, permissions, and third-party apps selected for sharing.

8. Downloads

Mobile builds made available from this website may be provided for testing, app store distribution, or direct distribution where supported. You are responsible for installing apps only from sources you trust and for following your device security settings.

9. Age Requirement

You must be at least 13 years old to use Clipibar. If local law requires a higher age to use mobile apps or digital services without parental consent, that higher age applies.

10. Third Party Software

Clipibar includes third party software that remains subject to its own licenses. Open-source notices may be shown inside the app or distributed with the app materials.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

Clipibar is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clipibar's developers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or business opportunities arising from your use of the website or app.

13. Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The updated version posted on this website is the current version.
