Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 1, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Clipibar handles information on this website and in the native Clipibar mobile app. If you have questions, contact us at contact@clipibar.com.

1. General

This Privacy Policy is issued by the data controller and owner of the Clipibar platform: Company name: Alomnis sp. z o.o., address: Wojska Polskiego 9, 39-300, Mielec, Poland, NIP: 8172226390, REGON: 544959282. This entity is responsible for the processing and protection of personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. Contact

If you contact us by email, we process your email address and message only to reply to your request, handle business communication, or manage support-related questions.

3. Mobile App Processing

The native Clipibar app is designed for offline video editing. Videos, recorded clips, selected media, text fields, optional logos, presets, previews, exports, and sharing files are processed locally on your device. Clipibar does not upload your videos, logos, or entered text to a Clipibar server.

4. Device Permissions

The app may request access to your camera and microphone when you record a video inside the app. It may request access to your media library or system picker so you can choose a video, choose an optional logo, and save the final exported video to your gallery. These permissions are used only for actions you choose.

5. Local Files and Sharing

Temporary files may be created on your device during rendering or sharing. They are used to complete the requested action and may be removed by the app or by operating system cache cleanup. If you choose to share an exported video, Android or iOS may show third-party apps installed on your device. Those apps are independent from Clipibar and may process the file according to their own privacy practices.

6. No Sale or Sharing of Personal Information

Clipibar does not sell personal information and does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

7. European Privacy Rights

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, applicable privacy laws may give you rights such as access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Because Clipibar does not maintain user accounts or remote personal data records, requests should be sent to the contact address below with enough information for us to understand the request.

8. California Privacy Notice

California residents may have rights to know, access, correct, delete, opt out of sale or sharing, limit certain uses of sensitive personal information, and not be discriminated against for exercising privacy rights. Clipibar does not sell or share personal information and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.

9. Children's Privacy

Clipibar is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version posted on this website is the current version.
